Hi, I’m Nate Krush, a biohacker, and balanced life and health enthusiast, and part of Krush Insights team. I successfully reversed Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) through intermittent fasting, targeted supplements, and strategic lifestyle changes. I spend many years learning about my condition ending up solving other problems on the way.

How I Reversed NAFLD & Transformed My Health

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with NAFLD, a condition affecting millions but often ignored or diagnosed when it’s too late. Doctors offered life-style changes —”lose weight, eat healthy”—without real guidance on how to reverse the condition. Frustrated, I turned to biohacking.

After going from on to another doctor, I have realized, no-one really cares about my health except myself. So I jumped into research, experimented with intermittent fasting (16:8 then 18:6, 24-hour fasts), and incorporated key supplements like SAM-e, milk thistle, artichoke extract, and many more to support liver function. Combined with smart exercise and a refined diet, I not only reversed NAFLD but also improved my energy, mental clarity, and overall health.
